Jeseniky running

This is what we like: Jeseniky, running and short movies. This is a short movie about my hobbies.

Music:
Waking Up (Instrumental) by Dexter Britain - http://dexterbritain.co.uk/.

Some facts about this short movie:
The movie was made in two days in Jeseniky. I made this short movie with my brother - he is the runner in this short movie. We spent one day in Vresova studanka and the second day in Serak. We enjoyed beautiful weather over these two days. Six days later the first snow appeared in Jeseniky  ;o). We used Glidetrack Hybrid 1.0m Slider with Manfrotto Video Head. The equipment weighed about 6 kg. We had a lot of other equipment but this slider was the most interesting piece. I used the slider for the first time and I discovered it's a really necessary piece of equipment for this kind of movies.

Places:
Trail between Cernava and Serak, Serak, Kamenne okno, Vresova Studanka

This short movie has been promoted by local media as National Geographic Česko, sumpersko.net, ejesenicko.cz, www.outdoorfilmy.sk etc. but also on several facebook pages such as: Nejkrásnější české hory - Jeseníky,Priessnitzovy léčebné lázně a.s., Information Centre Jeseník, Městská kulturní zařízeni Jeseník, Turistika.cz, Turistika-výlety, Wellness Hotel Dlouhé Stráně, Rejvíz, Jeseníky - kraj pod Pradědem, Milujeme běh!, Šumperský průvodce, Šumperský deník, Informační centrum Olomouc, Hotel Červenohorské sedlo, Ski Areál Branná etc.

Behind the Scenes:

We borrowed PANASONIC Lumix DMC-FT5 for making "Behind the scenes" pictures. It was a great idea. I hadn´t used a compact camera for many years (only DSLR) and I was really surprised because this small camera is very practical.

Postproduction:
Postproduction took one day. I used only one software: Adobe Premiere Elements 10. This kind of movies are really easier than time-lapse movies in terms of time requirement to prepare movie sequences.

Technique:
- Canon EOS 60D
- Canon EF-S 10-22mm (quivalent focal length of 16-35mm in 35mm terms)
